Overview
Northwest Exterminating is seeking a driven, self‑motivated Commercial Account Executive to join our growing team. This hunter role focuses on generating new business opportunities within assigned territories and covers the Metro Atlanta area. The ideal candidate thrives on prospecting, building relationships from the ground up, and creating new revenue through strategic outreach. This position is 100% focused on new business development—no inbound leads or existing customer portfolios are provided.
Success requires initiative, persistence, and a passion for connecting with local businesses.
- Generate sales leads for Northwest via cold calling, networking, door knocking, and clover leafing within assigned territories.
- Target and acquire new B2B opportunities for pest, termite, and wildlife services.
- Ensure completion of documentation to align with Northwest standards.
- Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers.
- Attend all Northwest continuing education programs to enhance daily performance.
- Maintain a safety‑first mindset, including when operating company equipment and vehicle.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Sales experience.
- B2B experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
- Ability to work in the field independently and manage route‑based assignments.
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
- Company vehicle, cell phone, and iPad.
- Company‑provided truck, gas, and phone.
