Sales Support Representative-Industrial PVF

Responsibilities

• Work together with sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Effectively use the customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

• 2–5 years of sales and/or customer service experience is required.
• 2–5 years of pipes, valves and fittings knowledge required.
• Exhibit strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making decisions in a timely manner.
• Ability to react well in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer‑service oriented, with the ability to build relationships.
• General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

• Pay Range: $18.71 – $29.92 (estimates are monthly for salaried roles or hourly for all other roles).
• This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations; the starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
