As a
Technical Sales Specialist
, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales, engineering, and operations teams to provide accurate quotes, manage order entries, and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
This role is ideal for someone with a technical or customer service background who’s ready to take the next step in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
What You’ll Do- Prepare and manage
quotes, proposals, and order entries for assigned and new customers. - Coordinate submittals and ensure timely approval of documentation.
- Track and report on quotation and order status to keep projects on schedule.
- Support and nurture
long-term customer relationships
, acting as a key point of contact. - Attend trade shows, client events, and industry functions as needed.
- Assist with
BOM (Bill of Materials) entry and review for select accounts. - Bachelor’s degree, associate degree in a technical field, or
equivalent experience
. - Strong
customer service and client relations background. - Technical or electrical knowledge preferred (training provided).
- Experience with
ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar). - Familiarity with
CRM tools such as Salesforce, Monday, Dynamics, Click Up, or Asana. - Proficiency with the
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). - Background in
construction or electrical products is a plus. - Collaborative, growth-focused culture with
