The RoleWe are looking for a commercially minded and highly organised Commercial Executive to support the delivery of Vet Plus' commercial strategy within a subsidiary market.
Acting as the local representative of the Commercial Director, you will play a key role in implementing commercial initiatives, supporting sales teams, analysing market data and ensuring commercial programmes are successfully executed at a local level.

Key Responsibilities Commercial Planning & Delivery- Support the implementation of the Annual Business Plan within the local market.
- Monitor progress against agreed objectives and provide regular performance updates.
- Identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with local stakeholders to ensure commercial priorities are delivered on time.
- Administer the Vet Plus Partnership Programme within your local market.
- Maintain accurate records and monitor programme performance.
- Gather customer and sales team feedback to support programme development.
- Provide regular reporting and market insight to Head Office.
- Maintain and update competitor analysis for key products and markets.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, positioning and promotional campaigns.
- Collect market intelligence and provide insights to support commercial decision-making.
- Identify emerging opportunities and potential threats within the marketplace.
- Coordinate local participation in commercial training initiatives.
- Identify training needs and provide feedback to central teams.
- Support the use of approved sales enablement tools and commercial resources.
- Share customer feedback and market insights to enhance training effectiveness.
- Act as a key point of contact for commercial data within the subsidiary.
- Produce regular sales and performance reports.
- Analyse customer, market and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Present clear, actionable recommendations to support business growth.
- Support new product development and launch activities by providing local market insights.
- Assist with competitor benchmarking and opportunity assessments.
- Coordinate local requirements for product launches.
- Gather and report post-launch feedback.
- Support the implementation of centrally developed commercial campaigns.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness, lead generation and customer engagement.
- Provide regular market feedback to improve future campaigns and activity.
- Work closely with sales, marketing and technical teams to maximise results.
- Manage the administration of customer loyalty programmes.
- Ensure accurate record keeping and fulfilment processes.
- Support customer communications and engagement activities.
- Maintain customer data in line with company policies and data protection requirements.
- Coordinate and support local Lunch and Learn events and educational initiatives.
- Ensure attendee records and event administration are completed accurately.
- Manage certification processes where required.
- Provide post-event feedback and reporting.
- Degree-level education, ideally in Business, Economics, Marketing, Commercial Management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Confidence interpreting sales, customer and market data.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to speak and write fluent English and local language.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in business performance and strategy.
- Experience in a commercial, sales support, marketing, business operations or analytical role.
- Experience producing reports and analysing business performance data.
- Knowledge of customer engagement, campaign delivery or market research would be advantageous.
