Field/Service Technician
Overview
You'll be joining our team to help connect America, making a real impact in the telecommunications industry.

- Inspect, maintain, and repair our fleet of trucks, trailers, and equipment to ensure everything is safe and running smoothly.
- Manage parts and assets, negotiate with vendors for the best pricing, and make sure we have what we need.
- Travel to different job sites to troubleshoot and fix equipment in the field.
- Handle vehicle registrations, tags, and all the necessary documentation.
- Work closely with vendors, partners, and teammates to build relationships.
- Be at least 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Have a valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus).
- Be comfortable using various tools and operating equipment safely.
- Be physically able to lift/carry up to 50–75 lbs.
- Be ready to travel to job sites and work flexible hours, including weekends, after‑hours, or emergency call‑outs in all kinds of weather.
- Communicate well with everyone you meet on the job.
