• A Direct Track to Becoming a Glazier:
  Learn the trade on the job with comprehensive onboarding and Glazier certification path.
• Tools Provided:
  Get set up with new tools, plus all additional supplies needed to do the job right.

• Job Preparation:
  Inspect and verify all glass, materials, and hardware for accuracy before heading to a job site.
• On-Site Support:
  Assist the lead Glazier with installing windows, doors, custom showers, and commercial glass.
• Customer Service:
  Confirm job details with customers upon arrival, respect their property (always wearing protective booties!), and maintain a clean workspace.
• Job Wrap-Up:
  Educate customers on product care and warranty information before leaving.

• No experience required! Construction experience is a plus, but we will fully train the right candidate with the right work ethic.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs regularly.
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.
