Pay Range: $50/hr+ (Higher based on experience)

Position Summary:

Seeking a Fiber Program Analyst to support a portfolio of telecommunications infrastructure projects including fiber optic networks, broadband deployments, transport systems, and communications infrastructure initiatives. This role focuses on project tracking, resource planning, budget monitoring, KPI development, workload forecasting, and portfolio reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and experience supporting multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and project performance across multiple telecommunications projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules, workload forecasts, resource plans, and budget reports
• Create and manage KPI dashboards, executive reports, and portfolio performance metrics
• Monitor project milestones, action items, dependencies, and deliverables
• Support fiber optic, broadband, wireless, and communications infrastructure programs
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors
• Analyze project and portfolio performance and provide recommendations to management
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to project controls, reporting, and portfolio management processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Construction Management, Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience in project analysis, project controls, program management, telecommunications, engineering, utilities, construction, or related analytical roles
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects
• Ability to develop reports, dashboards, forecasts, and project performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications:

• Telecommunications, broadband, fiber optic, or utility infrastructure experience
• Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Power BI, SQL, Access, or Power Automate experience
• PMP, CAPM, PgMP, Primavera P6, or similar certifications
• Experience with portfolio management, workload forecasting, and KPI development
