Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, conveyors, pneumatics, and hydraulics;
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical failures during production shifts; replace defective components such as motors, gearboxes, bearings, and sensors;
Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics to identify issues and solutions;
Safely utilize hand tools, power tools, hoists, and multimeters to diagnose and repair equipment problems;
Document all work order details, preventive maintenance activities, and parts inventory usage in the CMMS
