Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in industrial production, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, conveyors, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical failures during production shifts; replace defective components such as motors, gearboxes, bearings, and sensors.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics to accurately identify issues and solutions.
- Safely utilize hand tools, power tools, hoists, and multimeters to diagnose and repair equipment problems.
- Document all work order details, preventive maintenance activities, and parts inventory usage in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
What's Needed?
- High School diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate's degree in industrial maintenance is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Experience working with Paper Industry Equipment and Maintenance Apprentice level knowledge is also a qualifier.
- Basic proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Basic understanding of 120V electrical systems.
