Recovery Consultants of Atlanta is a private non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization founded in 1999 by a group of concerned, committed, and spiritually centered members of the Metro-Atlanta's 12-Step and faith-based addiction recovery communities. Over the years, the organization has grown and expanded its services for both clients and patients by offering an array of comprehensive Primary Care Services through its Community Health Center which enhances and supplements all services being provided  mission is to inspire hope, and contribute to health and well-being, by providing the best care to every patient through integrated clinical practice, education, and application of best practices.

What does a Transportation Coordinator do?

As a Full-Time Transportation Coordinator at Recovery Consultants of Atlanta, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth transportation operations. You will efficiently coordinate daily transportation schedules for clients and staff, aligning seamlessly with treatment schedules and program activities. Your responsibilities include managing driver availability, promptly addressing any pickup or drop-off changes, and proactively tackling scheduling conflicts to minimize disruptions.

As the primary contact for transportation inquiries, you will effectively communicate with clients, staff, and external partners, ensuring client participation in services is always supported.

You'll maintain accurate trip logs and documentation, preparing routine reports on key performance indicators for leadership review. Additionally, you will monitor vehicle usage, assist with preventative maintenance, and uphold compliance with safety standards and regulations. Your administrative support will contribute to quality improvement initiatives and ensure that our transportation services meet the highest standards of excellence.

Requirements for this Transportation Coordinator job
