As a Delivery Expert you are the mechanism for delivering fast and delectably delicious pizzas to our hungry customers. You will communicate enthusiastically with customers, maintain a positive personality, follow punctuality and urgency standards, and represent the Domino’s brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities include:

• Navigate within the delivery area, locating addresses, and guiding yourself through diverse terrain such as multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
• Work effectively both alone and with others, manage repetitive tasks, meet strict quality control standards, coordinate with coworkers and customers, and make timely, ethical decisions.
• Assist with inventory, stocking ingredients from delivery areas to storage locations, and complete associated paperwork.
• Receive and process telephone orders promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and timely pizza delivery.
• Perform basic arithmetic quickly and accurately, including calculating correct monetary change.
• Use a computer keyboard, touchscreen, and foot‑paddle as needed.

Daily tasks are performed from a standing position, meaning you will be on your feet for the majority of your shift:

• Walk on surfaces such as ceramic tile and linoleum; work surfaces range from 36" to 42" in height.
• Unload bulk product deliveries two to three times per week, lifting or stacking items that may weigh up to 50 pounds.
• Occasionally crouch, squat, stoop, bend, or use stairs while performing job tasks.
• Maintain hand‑eye coordination for shaping pizza dough, maneuvering a pizza peel, cutting, and folding cardboard pizza boxes.

• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have at least one year of driving history.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check that meets company‑specific standards.
