We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Specialist to oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of equipment.

• Inventory Management:
  Keep accurate records and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Receiving and Shipping:
  Oversee receipt, inspection of incoming goods and the shipping process for outgoing products.
• Order Fulfillment:
  Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and timeliness.
• Warehouse Organization:
  Maintain a clean, organized layout to maximize space and efficiency.
• Equipment Operation:
  Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
• Safety Compliance:
  Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordination:
  Work with logistics, procurement, and sales to coordinate warehouse activities.

• Attention to detail in inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage space and resources effectively.
• Physical stamina for lifting and moving goods.
• Technical proficiency with warehouse management software and machinery operation.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination across departments.
• Problem‑solving ability to address issues that arise in warehouse operations.
• Experience:
  
  At least 2‑3 years in warehouse work.
• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Forklift
  
  Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years required.

• Ability to work with a variety of products and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment as required.
• Ability to climb on and off equipment, bend, kneel, reach, stand, and squat.
• Full‑time hours Monday thru Friday, typically 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional flexibility for emergencies or peak times.
