• Process and post incoming customer payments accurately and timely
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Balance and reconcile schedules
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances
• Prepare and send invoices, statements, and payment reminders
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist with month‑end closing and reporting activities
• Work with sales and finance departments to ensure proper documentation
• Handle customer inquiries regarding billing and payments
• Follow company procedures, accounting standards, and internal controls

• Previous accounts receivable, accounting, or bookkeeping experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and concepts
• Knowledge of accounts receivable to include debits/credits, invoices and statements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
