This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across all accounting disciplines while working closely with programs and functions across RTN. The position plays a critical role in supporting the company’s remediation efforts related to RTX’s Deferred Prosecution Agreement (DPA). The role provides exceptional visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on experience with complex accounting and programmatic matters.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all DPA Monitor and auditor RFIs, coordinating review and submission with Technical Accounting Lead cross-functional coordination across RTN functions and programs to ensure timely and comprehensive RFI responses. Drive consistency, accuracy, and compliance in RFI responses through proactive communication and issue resolution. Perform core cost accounting responsibilities across all Cost Accounting teams, including PRISM Accounting, Cost Integrity, Cost Accounting, and Supplier Accounting.

Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related topic & a minimum of 8 years finance work experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 5 finance work experience. Experience in SAP and Excel. U.S. Citizenship Status is Required as this position will require the ability to Access US Only Data Systems. We Prefer Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
