About This RoleThe Accounts Payable Clerk owns vendor invoice processing, three-way matching against POs and receipts, weekly check runs, and 1099 maintenance. You'll reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and support month-end close.
What you'll do- Process vendor invoices through three-way matching (PO + receipt + invoice)
- Run weekly check runs and ACH payments
- Maintain 1099 records and year-end filings
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Support month-end close
- 1+ year accounts payable or comparable bookkeeping experience
- Comfort with Quick Books Online (or comparable accounting software)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Eligible to work in the U.S.; based in or relocating to Tucson, AZ
