About This RoleThe Accounts Receivable Clerk owns the AR cycle from invoice issuance through collection. You'll reconcile client payments, follow up on aging, post deposits, and partner with account managers when billing questions surface.
What you'll do- Issue client invoices and reconcile payments
- Follow up on aging balances; coordinate collections
- Post deposits and reconcile bank activity to AR ledger
- Resolve billing inquiries with account managers and clients
- Support month-end close
- 1+ year accounts receivable or comparable bookkeeping experience
- Comfort with Quick Books Online (or comparable accounting software)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Eligible to work in the U.S.; based in or relocating to Tucson, AZ
