Senior Cost Accountant - Remote with travel OR Full Relocation to 115k ALL IN
The position is based in Tucson, AZ,
and the company offers a generous full relocation package or can be Remote with frequent travel! Reporting directly to the Director of Finance and Accounting (equivalent to a CFO in most organizations), this high-impact Senior Cost Accountant role will play a key part in the company’s Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and ongoing plant finance operations.
We're seeking someone agile, collaborative, and ready to lead through change.
Key responsibilities include:- Leading labor&overheadcostingsetup
- SupportingERPconfigurationtesting,documentation&change management
- Servingasa Super Userpost -implementation
- Drivingvarianceanalysis,KPIreporting,andplantfinancialinsights
- Partnering cross-functionallytoimproveprocesses
- 5+yearsofcostaccountinginmanufacturing
- Strong variance/KPIreportingexperience
- ERPimplementationexperience(Oracle Fusionaplus)
- CPA/CMAorMaster’spreferred
