What You’ll Do- Lead, coach, and develop a talented tax team
- Provide strategic tax advice across a diverse client portfolio
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues across the firm
- Encourage learning, curiosity, and open communication
- Support your team through busy season while maintaining a healthy, balanced environment
- Active CPA license —
Required - Solid experience leading tax engagements and teams
- Strong technical tax knowledge and sound judgment
- Technically sharp with strong emotional intelligence
- Coaching mindset with a genuine interest in helping others grow
- Humble, hungry, and smart approach to leadership and teamwork
- Experience with real estate, construction, or professional services clients
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals
- Experience with multi-state tax returns
