Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $ per year

• Analyze financial statements and identify discrepancies, trends, and adjustments
• Apply GAAP and firm standards to recommend appropriate accounting treatments
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and supporting documentation
• Prepare individual, partnership, and business tax returns
• Identify tax issues and recommend solutions under senior guidance
• Conduct tax research and apply findings to client engagements
• Communicate directly with clients regarding financial and tax matters
• Serve as a point of contact for assigned client work streams
• Collaborate with senior team members on complex engagements
• Manage multiple assignments and prioritize deadlines effectively
• Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant accounting or tax experience (internships included)
• CPA or actively pursuing CPA preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., CCH, Lacerte, Ultra Tax) preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and professional judgment
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

• Base salary of $75,000‑$105,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
