The Executive Assistant to the Head of Schools is a full-time position that provides high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the Head of Schools can focus on leadership responsibilities and institutional strategy. This role also supports the School Board, Executive Leadership Teams and oversees the daily function of the District Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Maintains and manages the Head of Schools calendar including scheduling appointments, meetings and events aligned with institutional priorities.
- Prepare meeting materials and agendas; take and distribute minutes when required.
- Respond to internal and external requests on behalf of the Head of Schools.
- Completes special projects and assignments thoroughly and on schedule.
- Stay informed and up-to-date on school policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and attend executive leadership meetings.
- Provide administrative support to the School board, including scheduling and documentation.
- Oversee the administrative operation of the District office, ensuring efficient day-to-day function.
- Performs additional related duties assigned by supervisor.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable high-level administrative role.
- Baccalaureate degree preferred or equivalent combination of education with extensive work experience.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; able to handle a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrates sound judgment, discretion and maintains strict confidentiality.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to solve problems independently.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Supports and aligns with PRCA’s Mission, Statement of Faith and Statement of Christian Principles.
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion and passing of a comprehensive background check, including criminal history, education, and employment verification
Physical abilities:
- Moderate physical activity, includes running errands and organizing office spaces..
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Capable of standing, walking and sitting for extended periods.
Compensation details: 24-28 Hourly Wage
