Alpha Graphics Commercial Printing Services has an immediate opening for a part time Office Assistant, to provide administrative support, primarily in the Accounting Department. We are looking for a detail-oriented, team player who focuses on delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities- Email invoices to customers.
- Post revenues by verifying and enter transactions, payments and deposits.
- Responsible for collection and reporting of receivables.
- Actively collect payment through mail, email, or phone.
- Collect mail daily; open, sort and distribute accordingly.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Minimum of one (1) office support experience
- Knowledge of basic Accounting processes preferred
