Position Highlights
The College of Engineering's outreach and high school programs team seeks a qualified candidate to support a broad range of administrative functions for the College of Engineering Pipeline Programs. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience working with middle school and high school students, and is able to manage time efficiently. This position is responsible for collaborating on campus visits, and assisting with day-to-day program operations.

Duties & Responsibilities Program/Event Support- Coordinate with campus partners for ENGR 102 campus visits, ENGR 102 Summer Workshop, and Summer Engineering Academy in the areas of room reservations, housing, food services, parking and transportation, and training.
- Update and maintain the schedule of classes.
- Monitor consent forms for Summer Engineering Academy and Engineering 102 in high school.
- Assist with dual enrollment and Summer Engineering registrations.
- Maintain shared email boxes for Engineering 102 in High School and Summer Engineering academy.
- Assist by relaying website update requests to the Marketing and Communications team as needed.
- Maintain contact list and listserv.
- Assist with whole group communications (updates to ENGR 102 instructors, newsletters, etc.).
- Place supply and meal orders and submit related documentation.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference under supervision with internal and external partners.
