Term of Employment: Full-Time, 10 months, with benefits
Salary Range: $15.00/Per hour
Work Hours: Monday-Thursday 12:00 p.m. 8:00 p.m., Friday 10 a.m. 6:00 p.m.
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
SummaryThe Associate works under the direction of the Site Administrator and is responsible for the distributions of snacks, ordering, and inventory management. Provides exceptional customer service, serves as front office support, performs general clerical office duties, and may function as a courier between campuses as needed.

- Responsible for the distribution, inventory, and ordering of snacks
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills at all times
- May serve as a courier between central campuses and satellite campuses
- Manage multi-line telephone system including answering, transferring, and problem solving
- Greet and direct public
- Assist with general office duties (making copies, filing, collating, documents, etc.)
- Assist teachers with a variety of duties
- Assist with the set-up and dismantling of meeting rooms (may include furniture arrangement, clean up, etc.)
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications / Education And/or Experience- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps
- Knowledge of office practices and procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and complete tasks a timely and efficient manner
- Models exemplary customer service in all facets of the job
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Valid Arizona IVP fingerprint or be able to obtain one
- Proof of MMR Immunization required, unless born prior to January 1, 1957
- Negative TB test within the last year
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work well independently
- Ability to operate a high-volume copy machine and various office equipment
Physical Requirements
- Office, school environment with frequent interaction with staff and students.
- May require extended periods of sitting, standing, and use of office equipment
- Occasional lifting of materials up to 25 pounds
