Job Description:

Facilitate the efficient operation of the athletic department by assisting the Athletic Director with planning and implementing all athletic functions within the district. Provide clerical services to the Athletic Director and other staff members. Support the academic staff and student population.

Hiring Pay Range: $19.23 - $20.41 per hour, DOE

Full time 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

10 months, 192 paid workdays per year

Minimum Qualifications Preferred:
High School diploma or GED and one year of administrative experience. Applicant must pass an Excel proficiency exam involving basic accounting skills.

Special Requirements :
Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Level I-IVPP Fingerprint Clearance card through the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
