• 2+ years of estate planning experience
• Proven success working in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task efficiently, and be an independent thinker
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and cloud-based case management software

Responsibilities:

• Scanning and linking office documents to the database
• Processing mail
• Organizing files and electronic file management
• Supporting legal teams when necessary
• Draft correspondence and estate planning documents
• Email and mail estate planning documents to clients
• Assemble estate planning documents for clients
