Tucson, AZ | Shift: 1st shift, 8am to 4:30 pm | Pay Rate: $30 - $40 per hour.
Be the Backbone of Aviation Training Excellence. PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to support our partner in the Aviation Industry. In this role, you won't be in the classroom, but you'll be the force that keeps technical training on schedule and running smoothly, making a real impact on operations, quality, and compliance.
This is a full-time, 100% on-site opportunity where your coordination skills and sense of urgency will be valued every day.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and maintain technical training program details and schedules.
- Manage class planning and communication across departments including Operations, Talent Acquisition, and HR.
- Handle training administration and logistics to support Training Learning Advisors (TLAs).
- Prepare materials and maintain accurate documentation (Excel, PPT, email correspondence).
- Prioritize and plan daily tasks to meet dynamic training needs.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely and efficient training delivery.
- Respond quickly to shifting priorities; sense of urgency is key.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Training Coordinator or in a similar admin/support role.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Solid computer proficiency:
Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other basic office tools. - Fluent in English; bilingualism not required.
- Must be able to work on-site full time.
- Background in aerospace or manufacturing environment.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with training or quality assurance environments.
