We’re looking for a dependable and detail‑oriented Resident Experience Concierge to join our on‑site team at a student housing community. This role involves receiving, organizing, and ensuring the prompt and professional delivery of packages to residents.
The Resident Experience Concierge may also support the broader resident experience through community engagement, resident interactions, and occasional support of events, marketing initiatives, and social media efforts.
What You Will Do- Receive and log incoming packages and mail deliveries
- Sort, organize, and store packages in the mailroom according to property protocols
- Notify residents of package arrivals
- Deliver packages directly to resident doors or designated delivery areas (if applicable)
- Assist residents with package pick‑up and questions during mailroom hours
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure mailroom environment
- Communicate with the front office and maintenance team as needed
- Report any delivery issues, damage, or safety concerns immediately
- Support resident lifestyle events, on‑ and off‑campus marketing initiatives, and social media efforts to help promote community engagement and the resident experience
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by management
- Must be able to complete all physical requirements of this role with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Occasional travel may be necessary as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced setting
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with residents, team members, and vendors
- Efficiently use time by prioritizing and planning work activities
- Proven ability to contribute effectively within team environments
- A high level of integrity, professionalism, and respect for others
- Mailroom, package management, front desk, concierge, hospitality, retail, or customer service support
- Supporting resident, customer, or guest‑facing events
- Social media content or community engagement efforts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
