Administrative Secretary (Effective SCHOOL YEAR) – Sabino High School, Tucson, Arizona
Job | Starting date:
Immediately | Full-time, 8 hours per day, 12‑month work calendar.
Salary: $16.76 to $19.46 per hour.
Job SummaryProvides secretarial support to a site or department administrator. May have additional functions specific to area of assignment.
Minimum Requirements- Three (3) years business office or clerical experience
- Customer service experience
- Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.
- Ability to work independently
- Computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database experience (Microsoft Office)
- Basic math skills
- Experience with legal contracts
- FBI fingerprint background check.
- Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
