Data Entry Position
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities- Assist with entering and updating data in spreadsheets and company databases.
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain records to ensure data integrity.
- Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct as needed.
- Organize and manage electronic files and documents.
- Perform routine data audits and quality checks.
- Support team members with administrative tasks related to data management.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Basic computer and typing skills (fast and accurate entry).
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑motivated and dependable.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
$18.00 per hour.
