Administrative Assistant
Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeping Support professional to assist with daily office operations. This role is responsible for providing bookkeeping support, handling inbound and outbound phone calls, and assisting with general administrative duties to help ensure the office runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, recordkeeping, invoice processing, and maintaining financial documents.
- Answer and manage inbound phone calls professionally and direct inquiries as appropriate.
- Make outbound phone calls to customers, vendors, and clients as needed.
- Provide administrative support for daily office operations.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper.
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and other clerical duties.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and office communications.
- Support management and team members with special projects and additional duties as assigned.
- Ensure confidentiality of company and financial information.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous administrative, office support, or bookkeeping experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to sit, stand, and use standard office equipment for extended periods.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry office supplies up to 20 pounds.
- Full-time or Part-time (based on business needs)
- Professional office setting with regular interaction with customers, vendors, and staff.
$20.00 per hour
