Position: Senior Administrative Staff Coordinator - T4 - (Hybrid)

Overview

Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated professional Senior Administrative Staff Coordinator/Executive Assistant to provide office management support to the functional Engineering Executive Finance Director. The successful candidate can effectively manage under time constraints, in a fast-paced work environment, and can multi-task. The candidate must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, technically savvy, and possess excellent organizational skills. The role performs a wide range of administrative tasks.

This role also requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality of information. This position is onsite at one of the following sites:
Tewksbury MA, Tucson AZ, McKinney TX or Portsmouth RI. The successful candidate will also be expected to work with employees across multiple locations and time zones.

What You Will Do
  • Manage calendars and regularly set up, coordinate, and disburse meeting materials. Proactively anticipate and schedule walk-ups for meetings. Ensure that meeting materials are disbursed timely and archived on R-share site.
  • Prepare travel reservations, travel agendas, offsite meetings and events, and expense statements.
  • Personnel onboarding and move support including requisitioning supplies, coordination with IT Services, and initiation of HR and supervisor updates.
  • Coordinate meeting setup, room scheduling, and materials disbursement across multiple sites using various equipment and software. Order and expense catering when necessary.
  • Networking Team lead to provide virtual networking and employee engagement events to our geographically dispersed team.
  • Proactively recommend system efficiencies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Effectively manage under time constraints, in a fast-paced work environment, and multi-task.
  • Be a self-starter, detail-oriented, technically savvy, and possess excellent organizational skills.
  • Display a high level of professionalism and the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality of information.
  • Some travel between sites may be required (quarterly).
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant and/or related role.

The salary range for this role is 53,100 USD - 100,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
