In this position, you’ll support the Expansion team through research, administrative work & project management, all while expanding your professional skill set. Strong detail orientation, organization and computer skills are a must, but no prior experience needed! Bring a positive attitude and we’ll teach you anything you need to know. Must be willing to travel several times a year.

• You’re proactive, self-motivated and work well independently.
• Organization is your middle name. You’re no stranger to spreadsheets, working the phones and keeping all the details straight!
• You’re computer savvy with an excitement to learn various software programs like Adobe, Canva and Notion.
• You can multitask and you enjoy a high-energy, high-productivity environment.
• You’re known for your positive, can-do attitude.

• Answering phones, coordinating projects with vendors and procuring bids.
• Assisting with projects like remodels and new stores on the back-end and ordering supplies.
• Conducting research.
• Organizing files, contracts and other documents.
• Traveling to Buffalo Exchange stores to help with planning and set-up.
• Special projects and helping out wherever needed!
