We're looking for an Office Assistant who will provide dependable, timely support, helping ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Primary Responsibilities

This position is task-oriented. The Office Assistant will float between departments, assisting with tasks that include but are not limited to the following:

  • Data entry
  • Preparing marketing materials
  • Making confirmation calls
  • Organizing inventory and supplies
  • Running errands such as shopping or going to the post office
  • Digital Filing
  • Scanning
  • Light cleaning
  • Packing and moving supplies and equipment. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
