Key Responsibilities
  • Customer/Resident Service
  • Process checks and online payments using property management software such as Yardi, Quick Books, or Rent Manager.
  • Support rent collection, upload monthly charges, and maintain organized rent rolls.
  • Perform data entry, clerical tasks, and internal/external communications.
  • Assist with vendor coordination, supply inventory, and ordering office supplies.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in residential property management or maintenance.
  • 2+ years in Office Administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and property management software (e.g., Yardi, Rent Manager, Quick Books).
Skills
  • Friendly & Outgoing.
  • Strong organizational, punctuality, and reliability skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle pressure efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
