Job Title

This position is located with the 162d Wing, 214th Attack Group, at Davis Monthan AFB, Tucson, Arizona. The position is administratively owned by the FSS, as reflected in the Unit Manning Document (UMD), and falls under the supervisory control of the CSS Superintendent for full-time resource management. The primary purpose of this role is to evaluate and manage the training and education program on behalf of the ANG.

The incumbent provides overall oversight and management of the training and educational program, ensuring training compliance, readiness, and career development support across multiple units. The position serves as a liaison between the units they support and the Force Support Squadron (FSS) Force Development Office (FDO), which is the Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) for training programs. All duties and responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with the Personnel Services Delivery Guide (PSDG) to ensure standardization and compliance with established policies and procedures.
