Key Responsibilities- Review and verify applications for public assistance programs
- Conduct interviews to determine program eligibility
- Provide guidance to applicants and answer inquiries
- Explain policies and procedures to claimants, employers, and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of actions taken
- Participate in occasional meetings or training sessions
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work onsite in Tucson, AZ with reliable transportation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in benefits administration or eligibility determination
- Proficiency in data entry and handling confidential information
- Adaptability to changing processes
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
