Administrative Assistants
for an
Arizona state agency's disability
services division,
five positions,
closing
Tuesday, August 18.
The work (from the posting): switchboard and front-desk duties, answering, directing, and transferring calls, visitor check-in, messages, records;
scheduling consultative examinations for claimants including follow-up calls; locating doctors near claimants, assembling and mailing exam packets, faxing paperwork; responding to inquiries from claimants, attorneys, doctors, and hospitals on claim status; mailing transportation assistance such as bus passes; tracking daily assignments in a tracking system; case development activities requiring analysis and judgment.
Must have: customer service (internal/external)
