Whether you’re experienced in recon work or have general technician experience, this is an opportunity where speed, quality, and attention to detail directly translate into success.

• Perform inspections and reconditioning on used vehicles
• Complete maintenance services such as brakes, fluids, and basic repairs
• Identify safety and drivability issues
• Prepare vehicles to meet dealership quality standards
• Document work performed accurately
• Communicate findings with managers as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support inventory readiness for sales

• Possess and provide all tools sufficient to accomplish the repair jobs assigned.
• Automotive repair experience preferred
• Ability to perform maintenance and light repairs
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Self motivated with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Corporate requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre employment drug screen.
