As a European Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing BMW/ European vehicles according to manufacturer standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a passion for automotive technology, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service and quality workmanship.

• Diagnose and repair European/BMW vehicles using advanced diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance, factory-scheduled services, and multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Troubleshoot and repair engine, electrical, drivetrain, suspension, steering, braking, and HVAC systems.
• Utilize diagnostic software, technical service bulletins, and repair information to accurately identify and resolve vehicle concerns.
• Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs in compliance with BMW manufacturer standards.
• Document diagnostic findings, repair procedures, and recommendations accurately and thoroughly.
• Maintain current knowledge of BMW technologies, electric and hybrid vehicle systems, and manufacturer repair procedures.
• Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure timely and efficient vehicle repairs.
• Maintain shop equipment and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
• Consistently deliver high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 2+ years of automotive technician experience required.
• Previous BMW, European luxury vehicle, or dealer-level experience preferred.
• BMW certification is preferred but not required.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of automotive electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic systems.
• Experience using computerized diagnostic equipment and repair software.
• Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Positive attitude and desire for ongoing professional development and manufacturer training.
