- Perform accurate and timely GFP and IUID reporting within PIEE.
- Support PIEE reporting requirements for contract transfers and property lifecycle events.
- Validate data integrity and ensure alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Support the development, maintenance, and delivery of PIEE and GFP training materials.
- Assist in identifying stakeholders involved in IUID and GFP reporting across Raytheon.

- Identify discrepancies, trends, or risks and elevate through appropriate channels.
- Support implementation and execution of automated controls and discrepancy detection tools.
- Assist with audit support, data calls, and compliance reviews.
- Assist with reconciliation of PIEE reporting backlog in alignment with DFARS requirements.
- Support corrective actions to resolve reporting issues and prevent recurrence.
- Participate in CORE engagements and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate daily with the Government Property Reporting Manager, team members, programs, contracts, logistics, supply chain, and customers.
- Effectively communicate reporting status, risks, and metrics to management.
- University degree or equivalent experience and minimum five (5) years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree and minimum three (3) years’ experience.
- Experience with government property.
- Experience with SAP or PRISM.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word), including macros and data formulas.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and respond to urgent compliance needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective, trust‑based relationships.发布时间。

- Demonstrated capability in identifying issues and driving process improvements.
- NPMA CPPS certification or ability to obtain within one year.
- Working knowledge of SAP, PIEE and other ERP asset management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to support cross seldom.
- Self‑starter requiring minimal supervision, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and support process improvements.

Salary Range: $86,800 - $165,200 USD
