We are seeking a seasoned professional to design and establish a brand‑new value chain for our RI electrification business. To lead the development of transportation planning, kitting, logistics, packaging processes and implementation of quality gates for material movement. This role will ensure the highest levels of quality, reliability, and efficiency in our logistics and transportation. • Collaborate with PSLD in designing and optimizing transportation planning and logistics networks for efficient and cost‑effective delivery
• Develop and manage packaging strategies to ensure product protection and minimize environmental impact
• Lead the kitting strategies with 3PL’s and collaboration with internal cross functional teams
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
• Develop and implement quality gates for outbound product flow
• Drive innovation, sustainability, and digitalization in outbound transportation quality, logistics, and packaging processes

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience desired

• Business Process Design
  • Knowledge of business process design; ability to develop appropriate techniques to re‑examine key processes and focus on optimizing organizational performance.
