You own the caregiver lifecycle — recruiting, onboarding, retention, and recognition — while supporting our leadership team administratively. Because you naturally operate with urgency and thrive on variety, you’ll keep multiple recruiting pipelines moving simultaneously without losing momentum. Because you hold yourself to a high standard and take precision seriously, caregivers will be onboarded correctly and completely every time — no steps skipped, no details missed.

• Hire 5+ caregivers per week through proactive, creative recruiting
• Maintain a 1.5:1 caregiver-to-client ratio
• Hit a caregiver satisfaction (OSAT) score of 9.5/10

• Support a fast-moving recruiting and hiring process end-to-end
• Coordinate caregiver onboarding with precision: every step, every form, done right
• Find creative ways to reward and retain top caregiver talent
• Use Microsoft Office and other tech tools to streamline operations
