- Analyze and interpret contracts and modifications for input into SAP.
- Prepare contract structure to ensure both bookings and billings can be processed.
- Interpret and populate pertinent data to allow for shipments to the Warfighter and other customers.
- Maintain regular contact with multiple internal partners and external agencies to solve contract discrepancies.
- Verify contracts are loaded accurately and efficiently, as well as complying with FAR regulations.
- Maintain complex contract reconciliations, working with internal and external customers when issues arise.
- A University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
- 1+ year of experience working in a corporate environment.
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
- 2 years of experience producing and modifying Microsoft Power Point presentations.
- Experience in a financial setting working with numbers, large data sets, and computations.
- Relevant internship or co-op experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and look up functions.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, ability to work well in teams.
- Experience meeting deadlines and working in a schedule driven environment.
- Ability to support multiple time zones.
- Flexibility to adapt to new systems and processes.

Work LocationThis is a hybrid role, eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance of Farmington, CT, Cedar Rapids, IA, Tucson, AZ, or Richardson, TX. Hybrid employees will work regularly both onsite and offsite, with the ratio of time working onsite determined in partnership with the leader. SalaryThe salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD.
