About the Role

We are seeking a Tolling Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position reports to the Tolling Operations Analyst and is responsible for supporting tolling program oversight, working closely with customers, external toll agencies, and internal teams to identify and resolve issues related to toll operations. The ideal candidate has an interest in data analysis and process improvement, with a focus on identifying and solving operational challenges.

This role can be fully remote or hybrid for candidates located within the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Essential Responsibilities

Process Improvement & Operational Support

  • Create and maintain scalable workflows to improve process automation.
  • Assist Managers and Directors with day-to-day operational activities.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for routine processes.
  • Monitor daily operational activities and identify anomalies requiring investigation or resolution.
  • Maintain and process repetitive and routine tolling-related work with a high level of accuracy and quality.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Perform thorough analysis of large volumes of data and document findings in a clear, actionable format for management and customers.
  • Track, maintain, and update company and team performance metrics and statistics.
  • Analyze operational trends and provide insights to support business decisions and process improvements.

Subject Matter Expertise & Issue Resolution

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on tolling systems and processes.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate timely resolution by partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Support the identification, investigation, and resolution of system and process-related errors.

Training & Change Management

  • Create training materials and process documentation for applications and operational workflows.
  • Deliver training and guidance to end users on systems and processes.
  • Support organizational improvements by helping design, implement, and promote process changes and new operational procedures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong problem-solving and investigative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and Filters.
  • Experience viewing, developing and publishing Power BI reporting.
  • Basic proficiency in SQL, data architecture, Microsoft Fabric, One Lake, and Dataflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with executives, managers, subject matter experts, customers, and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Experience with in the Commercial Vehicle Transportation industry.
  • Experience with in the Tolling industry.
