Job SummaryPerforms clerical accounting duties requiring analysis and independent judgment.
Key Responsibilities- Any other tasks as assigned.
- Enter data information as required.
- Be familiar with Sundt’s interfaces for sub-contracts and verify and correct discrepancies.
- Be knowledgeable in electronic payments such as ACH and credit cards.
- Be knowledgeable in legal and company requirements for payment and record keeping of sub-contract and purchase order invoices.
- Prepare pre-check reports.
- Process sub-contract and purchase order vouchers.
- Provide backup to field personnel.
- Review, verify, and correct batch edits.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of data entry and telephone communication.
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience.
- High School Diploma;
Associate’s degree preferred. - Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.

- Ability to wear personal protective equipment (including steel-toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, vest, etc.).
- May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis.
- May stoop, kneel, or bend on an occasional basis.
- May use telephone, computer systems, email, or other electronic devices to communicate with internal and external customers or vendors.
- Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures.
- Occasionally climb stairs, ladders, etc.
- Must be able to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects frequently.
- Will interact with people frequently during a shift/work day.
- Will lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis.
- Will sit, stand, or walk short distances for the duration of a shift/work day.
- Will work various shifts, including swing, night, and weekend.
