Our client, a world leader in life sciences and biotech industry, is looking for a “Project Manager I - CDx Pharma Services” based out of Tucson, AZ.

Job Duration:
Long Term Contract (Possibility of further extension)

Pay Rate: $40/hr on W2

Experience with clinical projects or business initiatives that require rapid activity/milestone achievement is highly preferred. Bachelor's degree required;
Master's degree preferred.

• Manages multiple small improvement projects, process improvement projects, and other business-related initiatives from initiation through completion.
• Manages execution of cross‑functional plans and tracks progress of activities.
• Facilitates cross‑functional interactions to complete assigned projects within the deadline and compliance with the pharma services plan.
• Tracks, maintains, and communicates project reports to stakeholders.
• Responsible for data integrity of resource trackers and capacity charts, ensuring projects are aligned with project management best practices.
• Manages the CAPEX budget.
• Updates and maintains dashboards.
• Oversees and guides day‑to‑day activities of sample process flow and accurate reporting of results.
• Implements best practices within the clinical sciences team; fosters continuous improvement by ensuring knowledge and experience exchange.
• Responsible for the management of assays transferring to Penzberg.
