Senior Analyst, Contracts
Location:
Tucson, AZ
- Conduct contract compliance activities, investigate and resolve contractual matters through critical thinking and stakeholder collaboration.
- Work independently while recognizing when leadership review and buy‑in are required.
- Influence others by explaining facts, policies, and practices related to contracts.
- Manage routine and complex contract and proposal tasks, responding to quick‑response requirements as they arise.
- Interface with customers regarding correspondence, contractual changes, and contractual issues.
- Draft complex letters communicating Raytheon’s business position effectively.
- Advise management of contractual rights, obligations, and mitigation of program risks.
- Collaborate closely with program teams across program management, engineering, finance, operations, supply chain, and quality functional leads.
- Travel domestically as required.
- University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience with contracts, subcontracts, or procurement.
- Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date.
- Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective relationships with customers and internal partners based on teamwork and trust.
- Experience thriving in a fast‑paced environment with prioritization skills.
- Contractual acumen with proficiency in contract fundamentals.
- Salary range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD.
