What You Will Do
- Serve as a liaison between the Industrial Security Associate Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Prepare clearance reports, and briefings for internal and external audiences on behalf of the Industrial Security Associate Director.
- Coordinate and oversee day‑to‑day operations to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate and coordinate leadership meetings, including agenda planning and follow‑up on action items.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the seamless flow of information and resolution of any security‑related concerns.
- Oversee NP, CMA, and BOND‑applicable/high‑priority projects and initiatives assigned by the Industrial Security Associate Director; identify risks and challenges, provide solutions to mitigate issues and ensure project success.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional and Center of Excellence (CoE) teams to ensure timely delivery of CGO & project milestones.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance within the security organization.
- Work with the industrial team across NP and CGO efforts to establish a cohesive strategy and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Must have strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.

You Must Have
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
- Prior planning experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong Communication Skills.

- Salary range: $86,800 USD – $165,200 USD.
- Not eligible for relocation assistance.
