Finance Estimating & Pricing Professional – System Strategy & Data Analytics, Raytheon Technologies (RTX)

The Raytheon Finance Estimating and Pricing (E&P) team seeks a finance professional to join the System Strategy & Data Analytics group within the E&P Tools and Training team. The role focuses on project management, technical development, and sustainment of both internally developed and externally procured applications used in the proposal process, including support for Pro Pricer Contractor Edition, Twenty5 iPE, and future systems.

It also involves implementing automation, scripting, and modeling to enhance proposal development efficiency.

• Maintain and support the Pro Pricer pricing and estimating system.
• Develop tools that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposal process through scripting, modeling, and designing workflows and database schemas.
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis to support the E&P organization with system‑related questions.
• Test new internal and external tool capabilities and support business‑case development for initiatives aligned with the E&P technology roadmap.
• Facilitate training sessions and prepare guidance documentation that distills complex topics into simple, actionable steps.

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Experience with the Pro Pricer system.
• Professional experience in a related finance role.
• U.S. citizenship required due to government contractual requirements.

• Forward‑thinking mindset with strong analytical, project‑management, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience building cost models.
• Foundational financial acumen, including Raytheon cost collection, rate build‑up, and support pools.
• Ability to summarize findings and present analysis to peers and management.
• Proposal analyst or related experience.
• Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI/Query, Apps, Automate).
• Interest in learning coding languages such as Python and VBA, and in leveraging emerging AI capabilities.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and Snowflake.

Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD.
