Proposal Material Program Manager Analyst

Position Requirements

Position:
Proposal Material Program Manager (MPM) Analyst – Onsite, Tucson, AZ. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance is required.

• Assist in supporting program proposal kickoffs and strategy development, balancing strategic thinking with tactical application of strategies to programs.
• Generate and/or collect necessary documentation for successful proposals, including sole source justifications, DD254 facilitation, EX/IM planning, and gathering entrance criteria needed to kick off the requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Develop and execute supply chain proposal strategy in support of all program gate review and risk and opportunity management reviews.
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality and Operations to create a common schedule based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
• Ensure proposal compliance to DFAR/FAR and TINA compliance.
• Domestic and/or international travel expected (< 25%).

• University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience working on proposals.
• Ability to work on programs requiring special program access.

• Experience assisting with budget management.
• Experience managing large databases.
• Experience working with suppliers.
• Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
• Experience using supply chain planning tools (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis).
• Commitment to earning a Material Program Management certification within 1 year.
