Position Requirements
Position:
Proposal Material Program Manager (MPM) Analyst – Onsite, Tucson, AZ. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance is required.
- Assist in supporting program proposal kickoffs and strategy development, balancing strategic thinking with tactical application of strategies to programs.
- Generate and/or collect necessary documentation for successful proposals, including sole source justifications, DD254 facilitation, EX/IM planning, and gathering entrance criteria needed to kick off the requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Develop and execute supply chain proposal strategy in support of all program gate review and risk and opportunity management reviews.
- Work closely with Engineering, Quality and Operations to create a common schedule based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
- Ensure proposal compliance to DFAR/FAR and TINA compliance.
- Domestic and/or international travel expected (< 25%).
Required:
- University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience working on proposals.
- Ability to work on programs requiring special program access.
- Experience assisting with budget management.
- Experience managing large databases.
- Experience working with suppliers.
- Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
- Experience using supply chain planning tools (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis).
- Commitment to earning a Material Program Management certification within 1 year.

Salary range: $68,900 - $131,100 USD.
